International Student Accommodation in Melbourne, Australia.
A new and luxurious facility, which has been specially designed for the needs of university students in who want secure, private and clean
accommodation that is close to the Monash University Clayton campus and Monash Medical Center. The accomodation is fully furnished and ideal for
international students who want privacy and an ideal study environment. We have been operating successfully for over 3 years now, providing first
class student accommodation. You can move in and start studying.
Each room has it's own bathroom, remote control TV, refrigerator, bed, built in cupboards and study desk.
Rooms with individual, private bathrooms are quite unique for student accommodation in Melbourne at this price range. Students have the privacy of
studio apartments but at low cost. Monash ISH accommodation is much cheaper and more flexible than similar accommodation with private
bathrooms such as the Halls of residence and Rusden House. While study and privacy are the priority, students have the opportunity to meet other
residents and can mix with others as much or as little as they like. Each unit has 3 -5 rooms and common kitchen, dining and living rooms.
Security is a major feature, the main entry has double locks and each room is individually locked,, also each room has a hotel style electronic
combination safe and a lock for Notebooks to attach them securely.
We have students from China, HK, Singapore, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Taiwan, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, India, Oman, UAE, Kenya,
America and even Australia.
Each room has access to free wireless Internet* or various broadband plans, and an individual telephone line. Residents can have direct phone
access to convenient low cost international calls in addition to standard options. ( Telstra, Skype, calling cards etc).
Located within walking distance from Monash University, Clayton Campus) and Monash Medical Center. Many students choose to live here and catch
the shuttle service Monash University -Caulfield campus. Transport and shops are also within walking distance.
We do our best to look after the needs of our students, providing them with a "home away from home". Parents are welcome to say for short periods in
the rooms.

| Monash ISH Facts - Over 99.3% of surveyed students who stayed at Monash ISH graduated. - Approximately 50% of new students staying at ISH were recommended by friends who had stayed here. - 32% of students booked ISH from overseas. All said it met or exceeded their expectations when they arrived. - Most Students stay until the end of their course. - About half of all students are doing a Post Graduate course Others are doing undergraduate studies or pre Uni english courses. - Most students staying at ISH are from HK, Malaysia, China, Taiwan, Indonesia and Oman. - About 40% of ISH Sstudents are girls and Unit 5 is girls only. |
